  • 1. Membership Overview

    The Refined Style Society is a guided style experience that includes live educational sessions, Q&A calls, digital resources, and access to a private community. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Founding Member Pricing

    Founding Members who enroll at the $17/month rate are locked into this pricing for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

    If a Founding Member cancels their membership for any reason and later chooses to rejoin, they will do so at the current monthly rate at that time and will forfeit Founding Member pricing.

    Pricing is subject to change for future members.

    3. Billing & Payments

    Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges to the payment method on file until the membership is canceled.

    You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

    4. Cancellations & Access

    You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.

    • Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

    • No further charges will occur after cancellation.

    • Membership access does not extend beyond the final paid period.

    5. No Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of this experience, all sales are final.

    No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.

    6. Content Use & Intellectual Property

    All content provided inside the Refined Style Society — including videos, downloads, prompts, trainings, and community discussions — is for personal, individual use only.

    You may not:

    • Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

    • Record or redistribute live sessions

    • Use materials for teaching, training, or commercial purposes

    All content remains the intellectual property of Refined Style by Rebecca.

    7. Live Sessions & Scheduling

    Live sessions are scheduled in advance and may be recorded for member access.

    Dates, times, or formats may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. Access to recordings may be provided when available but is not guaranteed.

    8. Results Disclaimer

    Participation in the Refined Style Society does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and participation.

    This experience is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

    9. Community Guidelines

    Members are expected to engage respectfully within the community.

    Refined Style by Rebecca reserves the right to remove any member who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms & Conditions, without refund.

    10. Technology & Platform Access

    You are responsible for securing access to required technology (internet, email, Facebook, Zoom, etc.). Refined Style by Rebecca is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control.

    11. Program Changes

    Refined Style by Rebecca reserves the right to update, modify, or evolve the experience, content, structure, or platform to better serve members.
